Kenny Dixon, the drummer for country music star Kane Brown, died from injuries sustained in a car crash Saturday night.

Kenny Dixon Death

Dixon died in a car accident on October 12, 2019, at the age of 27. His fiancee Sarah Hedrick confirmed his death in an Instagram post.

“I’m at a loss of words. I don’t even know how to write this or ever thought I would have to,” Hedrick said in an Instagram post, “Kenny passed away last night in a car accident. I know I have to be strong for Levi and God is gonna pull us through this. We have a forever guardian angel watching above us now. Please keep Levi, my family, and Kenny’s family in your prayers.”

Kane Brown also shared a mourning Instagram post by Dixon. “I love you a lot! You started all this from the beginning in 2015, when no one else thought we would leave Chattanooga playing for 500 people and your last show was at an Fn stadium, my boy,” Brown said in an Instagram post, ” I know that you will be watching us with that red-collar accent we all love and you will never be replaced, brother! I promise you!
